HSG Results: All Clear!!

I finally got this bugger out of the way!  It was more painful than I thought it would be, but it was over very, very quickly.  I got to take a CD home of the final image they took, which makes the nurse nerd in me happy.  The cramping was there for about an hour, but now its just mildly annoying.  Their was one tech there who was with me the whole time, and she was really nice.  She tried to make me as comfortable as one can be laying on a steel table.  My tubes are all clear, so the only thing we are waiting on is my hubby's SA results and then we can get started on our first medicated cycle!  I am feeling pretty optimistic today! :)

The only thing I'm trying to figure out is when to start everything.  I am going to be out of town 5/17-5/22.  This Saturday would be my last BCP of this pack, and if I start as I on BCP before, CD1 would be somewhere between 5/7-5/9.  I will be taking Clomid from CD5-CD9, which would put me being out of town the week I would go in for my CD11 U/S and timing of our HCG trigger and iUI.  So, if I just take one extra week of BCP (so 28 pills of hormones instead of 21), that would put me the week after our trip for all of that. But then I'd be taking the Clomid during my trip.  Which may be a good thing so I'm not having to explain to anyone at work why I'm a sweaty, hormonal bitch, lol. 

I am just dying to get done with taking the lovenox, which I am only taking because of the BCP.  I am bruising like crazy.  Plus this could potentially give us a BFP for our 6th year anniversary.  Sorry for all the dates, but I do think I'm just gonna go one more week of BCP extra because I am super ready to get back into trying again!

 Clomid 150mg + HCG + IUI #1 May/June 2014 (BFN)
Clomid 150 mg + HCG + IUI #2 July 2014 (BFN)
Femara 2.5mg + Estrace + HCG + IUI #3 Cancelled d/t no response
Moving on to IVF with ICSI after break to lose weight.

    Congrats on the test! I'm waiting to get AF and do my day three testing and then I'll be getting one too. I'm excited and nervous and just so ready to get started! Good luck to you!

    45% motility
    Diagnosis: MFI
    July 2014: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    August 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    September 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    May 2018 after long period of not trying, starting adoption process with family friend's newborn
    November 2018 Adoption complete!

    Aug 2013 - SA: Counts & Motility = great, Morph = 1%; RE didn't seem too concerned

    Me: 26
    Jan. 2014 - Blood work ordered by obgyn:  Prolactin = high & AMH = low (0.73)
    Feb. 6, 2014 - Repeat blood work ordered by obgyn:  Prolactin = normal & AMH = low (0.9)
    Feb.  20, 2014 - First appointment with RE
    Feb. 24, 2014 - HSG scheduled;  DX:  one tube definitely open & one tube could be blocked
    Mar. 7, 2014 - CD 21 Blood work for Progesterone; DX:  Progesterone level at 5.2; shows I ovulated but was low
    Mar. 28, 2014 - Laparoscopy; DX:  Tubes open.  Found some endometriosis and had that removed.
     
    History:
    Started TTC:  June 2012
    June 2012 - March 2013:  When it Happens/it happens method = BFN
    March 2013:  Started using Fertility Friend
    Cycles 1 - 15 with Fertility Friend = BFN
    Cycle 16 - Benched due to Laparoscopy
    Cycle 17 - Natural Cycle = BFN
    Cycle 18 - Natural Cycle = BFN
    Cycle 19 - Natural Cycle = BFN

    IVF #1- November- Antagonist protocol: 11/1: start stims, 200iu of Follistim; 11/12 ER 17R/14M/14F; 11/17 5 day transfer of two blasts, 2 blasts and 2 expanding morulas frozen; 11/22 BFP!! (On FRER at 5dp5dt)
    Betas: 9dp5dt 205, 11dp5dt 497, 14dp5dt 1,709
    u/s at 5w0d- 1 sac; u/s at 6w0d 1 baby with heartbeat, another sac without a heartbeat

    09/2012: Start TTC after stopping NuvaRing.  No cycles seemed to occur.
    01/2013 - 05/2013: Tried Provera to "jumpstart" cycles. No luck.
    12/2013-     01/2014: Clomid 50mg - no big follies, stepped to 100mg; One mature follie, Ovidrel (HCG trigger), IUI #1 completed - BFN

    That's nice that they let you take a copy of the image. Fx for a good SA and you can get started with that first medicated cycle.

    Me: +35 DH: +35
    TTC: Since January 2013 
    DX: PCOS. Severe Endometriosis, Unicornuate Uterus w/only left tube and left ovary, Pedunculated fibroid (on the outside of uterus) and Anovulation. All conditions diagnosed 8/13
    TX: Metformin
    DH DX: MFI - low morphology, low motility
    Ultrasound shows both kidneys in spite of UU. 
    HSG showed clear tube on the left side. 
    Lap Surgery performed 1/9/14 to remove fibroid and endo (Stage 3)
    • IUI# 1 June 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 13: BFN
    • IUI#2  July 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 5.75: BFN
    • Natural Cycle - so shocked to be in 2WW - 7dpo Progesterone: 15.5: BFN
    • Working with new RE starting injectables in late August.
    • IUI #3 August 2014  w/ Menopur: BFN
    • Finally ovulating on my own!!
    Waiting to start IVF hopefully
