Hello...I just wantd to give you a little heads up on wink, bohemian, and sandwhich. I am private messaging you b/c I do not wish to stir up drama. I am a first time mom, Oct baby, from BBC. I do not stir up much drama on the board, I will joke around and have made friends, but meaning I am there to support mothers and seek help if I need it. I found Wink by just googeling "Winkatme chin model" and her exiled post on the bump was the very first link on the search. I had heard word she was going else where and stirring up crap so I was curious.

Anyway, reason I am taking my time to PM you about these people is b/c they are a really sick group of women that formed this group called "Viva La Compound" and their meme is a cat on a unicorn with a rainbow. (notice wink's picture, unicorn on her head) And they enjoy trolling around and trashing threads.

They hate Alimae b/c she is a real up front kind of girl, calls people out on their bull shit in a heart beat, (i am friends with alimae, i don't always agree with her, but she's not the things they are calling her either. and i am friends with many others on the boad...telling you this so you don't think i'm typing you this with a revenge motive for ali) and we all played around with Wink when she'd post her crazy stories, but their group also had "serious" profiles and when disagreements would arise, they would take it way too serious and gang up on people. And alimae would fight back b/c she just is like that. and so the other day the group decided to fight against alimae and calling her name out and saying a lot of rude things and it was at 2 am when hardly anyone was on so it was an unfair fight and a lot would have come to her defense had they been on.

Anyway, who cares right? Right, I get that. I am just warning you that these girls are trouble and something is seriously wrong with them. They think way too highly of themselves and their is a particular girl, I think it is Wink, that they seriously worship. Wink of course is a fake and all her stories are fake, but i think whoever is writing for wink, she's the ring leader. i only assume and i think i figured out her "serious" profile and you could see it in their threads, how they would talk to her and about her, they definitely worshipped her.

anyway, when they all got banned from BBC, the leader of the group created a new profile and explained everything, i guess as her goodbyes? but said wink was a fake and we were all villagers and how they would use different people to post "fake" posts (one was a girl who posted that her son's father died of a drug over dose..that's an example of one of many) and we all would think it was real and so we all would reply and post support and advice and the leader basically said "thanks for being our entertainment you villagers to all our fake posts" just really sick sick stuff.

They also got into a secret FB group of a bunch of women that were all very close and originally met on BBC October 2013 board, and they would share very personal stuff about their life, and this cult screen shotted all their personal stuff and then posted it in BBC threads and also PM their friends and spouses etc on FB. humilating some of these women.

I just have never ran into anything like it in my life and I really wanted to warn you. You seem like you have some weight on your board and that you probably would find their behavor just as disgusting as I do. (and no I was not on that secret FB group so i am not angry and seeking revenge, i just saw the threads, i have a heart, and I really felt for those women, it was very cruel) All the threads are deleted, i'm sorry i can't post a link. i can get you their fairwell thread the leader posted though admitting to all their trolling and hacking in the secret FB group and admitting using people to make fake posts so us 'villagers" could respond as normal, caring people do so they could laugh at us. If you want that, i'll give it to you. another member screen shot it. I had copied and pasted it but someting got screwed up and i only copied half of it.

Anyway, sorry this is long and sorry if I am bothering you and sorry if you could give a rats ass. I just don't want them doing anything like that to anyone else. I have always been a sucker for the common good, haha, and I can't stand mean people. and ali did create a new group, it isn't on FB though, and it is b/c a lot of us are very creeped out by these women, they lurked on our board a lot and remembered personal things about people, and we again just don't trust posting on the board anymore, personal things anyway. you just never know if these creeps can find  you and show up on your door step you know? and we posted pictures of our children most importantly and I am in particular very upset b/c what if they took our babies pictures and are posting them other places. i know tho thats the risk in public forums, I guess just up until now, I was very niave and I am upset at myself for it. and really, how do we know who they really are? pedifiles, socio paths? Narcissists for sure. So far what they have shown says they are very dirty people. Anyway, again sorry this is long. I hope you take me seriously though and I have helped your board from these women.

This seriously has gotten very weird.  I always love coming on the Bump because I feel like I can rely on (most) of the people here.  Obviously I know this is an open forum, but I feel kind of violated that they come on here, treat the people on this board like shit, make up really crazy, insensitive, and down right vulgar posts and hash out their BC fights here. 

They can tell whoever what I post because obviously I am not ashamed if I put it on a public forum.  My DH knows everything I post about and wouldn't be hurt by it in the least, but I know maybe the same couldn't be said of everyone. I find it incredibly weird that someone has nothing better to do than try to create trouble with someone they don't know for no reason at all.

Can we have the mods look into this?  IP bans would be awesome.  If they were legitimately tossed from BC for stupid reasons and made proper intros and seemed like legit people I would be very welcoming but this is too much.

Either way, DS' pictures are off of my photobucket. Can't undo any damage already done... but at least I can stop any futher shenanigans.

ETA: The BC invasion reminded me just how public the site is. I don't know what they would/could do with his pictures, but I feel motivated to protect his privacy. It's why I don't bitch too in-depth about my ILs or DH here, either.

I did an image search and absolutely nothing came up. So it's either her or in fact stolen for that face book group. Obviously we will never know because BC DDs freaking everything!!!!!111eleventy!11

Fair enough. I mean, I wouldn't love it if someone used a pic of mine like that, but I can't say the idea of it would frighten me enough to delete all the bajillions of pics I've posted. But then, my FB is set to public as well.

Agree that this is a little creepy, but unfortunately you can't keep crazies off a public forum. I am with PPs that this is why I never post anything I wouldn't want showing up somewhere else. Interesting that none of the BC...or BBC (I don't get the extra b) have shown face here yet. Guilty much?

I guess for me it's not so much the idea that the chances are slim, as it is that I would roll my eyes but not really care if someone stole my pic and used it to pretend to be some looney tune online. Like, I can't imagine what the outcome from that would be that would bother me. It's not like somebody is going to stop me on the street and say, OMG are you that crazy lady with the sister-loving husband from babycenter?!Q?!? I mean, I am not as distinctive looking as Olga, for example.

These things always come in waves on here.   When my daughter was little and I was on the boards all the time shit when crazy every other day so we moved to secret offboards then those went crazy and so on and so on.  I give zero shits anymore about people stealing my pictures or anything like that.  I just don't know how to upload them anymore and I"m to lazy to figure it out.  My kid is cute though I swear!

Sorry, as a graphic designer I know just how much can be altered in photoshop.  No way.  It's not so much where my pictures end up but what they do with my pictures (if I had posted any). 

Also, I'm pretty sure (someone correct me if I'm wrong) that when you upload pictures onto public sites they become google-able so people can search for something and if your pic has that name anyone can access your pictures.

Pretty sure we were on the same bmb. I don't want to say her name but I think it started with an e and ended with a jay? Anyway, yeah, this shit happened. The truth of it is that until you have met a bumpie and can physically sense the crazy, anyone can be stealing pics, making up a whole persona. I keep hearing this "we've been through so much together" which is nice but the truth is very few have met, in person. In my years on the bump, I have seen someone with a fake online persona last 2 years before she was outed (yankeebaby anyone?) and another who was a mod who was actively socializing with a registered sexual offender. Shit be crazy and the bump is no different.

If it's any consolation, chances are the only way you'll ever find out about your kid's pics being on some gross website is if someone you know tells you. And then you'll know who to avoid in real life At least that's what I tell myself.
