Estrogen side effects

When we start our FET cycle in a little over a week, I will be on estrace and then PIO (in addition to medrol, doxycycline, metrogel, and a couple others that are not coming to mind). I have no experience with estrogen (my IVF I was on BCP, Lupron, gonal f, low dose HCG, medrol, doxy, metrogel, the others I am forgetting, and endometrin) so I'm wondering what to expect. Thanks :)

Dx: MFI- 3% morph
IUIs: Gonal-F + Ovidrel + b2b IUI= BFNs
IVF with ICSI= BFP! EDD 11/25/11
3/18- Beta #1 452! 3/20- Beta #2 1,026!! 3/27- First u/s- TWINS!
Our twin boys arrived at 36w5d due to IUGR and a growth discordance

FET: Medicated FET moved up to 5/23 due to ovulation
Transferred a 6BB hatched blastocyst- genetically normal female embryo
BFP! 5/28- 5dp6dt      
6/1 Beta #1- 223! 6/3 Beta #2- 567!

    I took Estrace for both of my IVF cycles, and don't recall that it caused any side effects for me. Good luck :)

    1/8/13 - It's a..boy and a girl!!   

     

    S&B born via induction 5.8.13

    I think I used estrogen patches after my IVF and don't remember any side effects that I could distinguish from those of using progesterone and early pregnancy fatigue.

    Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12

    Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck.  Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

    I got hot flashes from the higher doses of estradiol.
    IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.

    Same here. I don't really remember feeling particularly hormonal during my IVF cycles, but I  also took it during my first IUI and had very sore breasts.

    TTC in 2009, Dx: Unexplained IF
    Three TI cycles (BFP...miscarriage), five IUI attempts and 2.5 IVF cycles later...BFP!!
    12dp5dt: 765; 15dp5dt: 1979; 17dp5dt: 3379...TWINS!!!!!
    Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!

    I was on higher doses of estrace for my FET to increase lining. I get nauseous from it. I hope you don't experience the same thing!
    TTC since June 2011
    DH diagnosed with Testicular Cancer 8/2010
    Low sperm count. Only option IVF with ICSI
    Starting First cycle Jan/Feb 2012- Canceled due to not responding to BCP and/or Lupron
    IVF 1.2- stims March 14, ER March 24, 16 R 10F 6 made it to blast
    ET March 29- transferred two blasts, 4A and 4BA, froze 4
    Positive HPT 9dp5dt Beta 1- 385 11dp5dt
    u/s April 25- one healthy heartbeat
    EDD 12/12/12>

    Same as @LauraBeth1401.  This was the only med that I couldn't wait to start!

    Beta #1 9dp5dt = 116, P4 = 28 ~ Beta #2 13dp5dt = 700 ~ Beta #3 20dp5dt = 9500, P4 = 26
