Hey was it you that gave the egg salad/avocado recipe which I tried to do from memory and thing I failed. What is it? Cause what I did didn't taste that great. :(

BUT I did make an avocado lime cheesecake which I will have a piece of on Saturday and I can't wait!! I made it for my Cinco de Mayo party.

Me: 41 DH: 46. We are TTC our 1st, started July '11,
3 cycles clomid with Ob,
1 cycle Tamoxifen with Ob,
Diagnosed PCOS 11/5/12
clomid, trigger & timed bd 12/12 BFN
1st clomid IUI 1/4/13 BFN.
2nd clomid IUI 2/13 cancelled didn't respond to clomid.
3/15/13 scheduled laparoscopy & on bcp.

May 10 IUI from injectibles - BFN 

May 22 done with interventions it will either happen or it won't. 

February 2014 No longer actively trying, but not preventing. 

SURPISE BFP 4/2/2015!!!!!!!!!!

    Yes it was me.
    I mush 1/2 an avocado.
    I add about 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard.
    Add dash if salt some pepper and a dash of garlic if you want.
    Add I whole boiled egg and 2 more egg whites.
    Mix it all together and eat on whatever bread you like.
    :( so sad you didn't like it.
    Even my husband will eat mine.

    Share your avocado recipe if it is good.

    HAHA I mixed avocado and egg, with a little salt in pepper.....I will definitely try again, with some mustard!

    I can't wait for saturday to try the pie :D
