when did you redo DC's room?

I know he is only 1, but I am already wanting to redo his nursery to make it more for a boy and a toddler.  We probably won't do anything until summer, but I was just wanting to get some ideas.

we were going to move DS to the bigger room and make it a "big boy room" ( he'll be just over 2) but then found out we were having twins- so they are going into the bigger room - and DS will stay in his room. 

His room isn't that babyish (it is brown and blue).... so i'm not going to change it until he's 3 or 4.

We're in the process of moving DS into the bigger bedroom upstairs complete with a big boy bed and new bedding.  He's 28 mo. old.
