Good thoughts please

Went in for my routine cervical check and growth scan today and was told that my cervix had shortened to 0.9cm from 3.1cm two weeks ago. I was sent upstairs to labor and delivery and put on a monitor to check for contractions. Apparently my uterus is temperamental and they detected some small dynamic changes on the monitor. They put me on Procardia 4 times a day and I go back next Friday to get checked again. I'm home on modified bed rest until then but I'm seriously freaking out. The only bright spot is that the babies look incredible. Both about a pound and a half and growing exactly as they should. I need these babies to stay put awhile longer and will stand on my head if it means they'll stay in there longer! Any good thoughts you can send my and the babies' way would be much appreciated!

    You can do this! Thoughts & prayers your way. I was put on modified br at 21 weeks because of my cervix. I've been successful so far:)
    Started ttc may 2012 Me:32. Dh:31 SA- 4% morphology Fsh:9.1 possibly not always ovulating Hysteroscopy/lLap 7/13 resulted in polyp removal, uterine septum, and mild endo stage 1 removed 10/13 IVF #1 successful

    Hopefully the Procardia will do it's thing and keep those babies where they need to be! Great lots of rest and keep us posted! Sending lots of positive thoughts your way :)

    We said "I Do" Nov 2009  ~  Trying for our first Jan 2013 
    Me: 26 years old  ~  H: 29 years old   ~ Unexplained infertility ~ ALL WELCOME!!! ~
    IUI # 1: March 2014 - Clomid 100mg , BFP, EDD 12/10/2014,  MMC 8w5d, D&C 5/6/14  

    IUI # 2: August 2014 - Clomid 100mg, BFN
    September 5th: Consult with new RE--so happy we switched!!!

    October-CD 3 bw, fluid sonogram, testing for NK cells. Possibly moving to IVF depending on results........bloodwork showed low AMH, elevated natural killer cells, H SA showed mild male factor. Officially signed up for Dec IVF with intralipid infusions.

    Me 29 DH 30 Unexplained IF TTC since wedding May 2012. IUI #1 11/5/13-BFN.  IUI #2 12/5/13-BFN. IUI #3-12/30/14. All three with Femara CD 3-7 and Ovidrel trigger. +HPT 1/13/14 First +ever!!! Beta #1 195 Beta #2 1/15-533. Ultrasound on 2/4 showed one bean. EDD 9/22/14. Team Green turned Team Blue-Baby Conner arrived on 9/19/14.

    Sending lots of positive thoughts to you and your baby girls! The bed rest and procardia should help - I've seen girls on my BMB with the same issues and their cervix is still holding strong. Hang in there mama (((hugs)))

    Lots of good vibes to you! There are also a lot of resources for women on bedrest if you are struggling - checked out the "sidelined" website and also the high risk pregnancy bump board.

    TX: IUI #1 with Follistim. Canceled due to too many follicles (10 + that were large); BENCHED
    IVF #1 March 6. 14 eggs retrieved, 10 fertilized. 
    March 11, 4 eggs transferred.
    March 21 BFP  :) Beta #1 457, Beta #2 1350, Beta #3 9619.

    Me: 33 - PCOS & Hypothyroidism DH: 35 - SA is good Married since 2010 (together since 2006) TTC since June 2009 (we knew we would have issues and wanted family right away after we got married). No pregnancies yet. May 2013 - started first round of Chlomid & ovidrel cycle.

    I'm so sorry about your cervix. Sending lots & lots of T&Ps your way that those babies stay cooking in there for a lot longer!!

     Me (34)- no issues found MH (36)- MFI due to Vericocele. Straight to IVF w/ICSI 9/12, Antagonist. 9R, 7M, 5F = BFN c/p,  New RE for IVF #2- 1/13., Long Lupron. ER on 1/22 -10R, 9M, 9F. Transfer on hold due to overstimming. FET in Feb. 2 frozen blasts. Another BFN & another c/p. RPL testing all negative besides MTHFR gene, vericocle repair surgery 4/12/13-Bilateral Grade 3 Vericocele found & fixed, IVF #3 with PGS  4/13- 11R, 9M, 9F. Transferred 2 normal=BFN, 3 normal on ice. CCRM-here we come! ODWU-All test results normal. EPP in August. 21R, 20M, 19F. 12 blasts biopsied & frozen for CCS testing. Results showed 11 normal! FET Oct. 30. 2 5d 4AA blasts transferred. First ever BFP!!! Beta 1=216, Beta 2=870 1st U/S=It's TWINS!!! It's a BOY and a GIRL!! Everyone Welcome!!!
