Eventful NST

Not trying to complain...just freaked out some...
Felt off last night. Lots of pressure on both ends...was able to get sleep though minus some lower back pain. Went for my first NST at 10. Started having regular contractions. OB checked urine for UTI (negative) and then checked my cervix. I'm 1cm dilated. At home lying in bed trying to relax while my uterus feels torn with instructions to call if contractions continue to get worse.
I know the probability of hours vs. weeks, but regular contractions make me nervous...and I'm not a worrier.
