So im just curious how many words these "toddlers" who are really talkative are saying lately. Some days we say lots of words and it seems like she gets a new word every few days. Some days she is quietier and seems more observant. Jacey says Mama, Dada, Gaga (my mom), nana, tried to say Brandon my nephew, baby, mine, no, stop, a bite, dog, bubba the dog, hey RawRaw our dog is Rome, turtle, cat, out, car, bath, bye bye, hey. Im sure im missing some but she seems to have a large vocabulary for her age. Oh and bubbles and pappy her pacifier. So what are your babies saying lately?

I can't think of any more off the top of my head except that she has a weird she consistently uses for the stroller but it sounds NOTHING like stroller so I feel like that can't count. :-)
She signs: Milk, more, all done, please, and eat.
When she sees these animals she makes these noises: Sheep (baa), dog (woof woof), dinosaur (rawr), duck (quack), horse (naaa) and monkey (uh ah ah).
IVF FET - BFP, due April 2017
I've been trying to sign with her since she was 4 months old, but the only signs she does are more, all done, and sleep.

He's also been nodding his head lately. So far we only have yes. No has yet to come.
I have to share my dd's words since I am SO proud of her and how far she has come! She is actually deaf and has been since birth, though it wasn't detected until she was 9 months old since she would startle and respond to loud sounds. She received hearing aids at 10 months old and then a cochlear implant just two months ago. In just that short time, here are her words: more, 'ah ah' for dada, 'ah ee', for her brother Andy, flower, 'meow meow' for cat, 'neigh neigh' for horse, moo for cow, quack quack for duck, mil for milk, mmm for any food, uh oh, 'alll' for ball, woo woo for dog, 'oo oo' for train, and several others that she gets the vowels and syllables on. She is also now babbling so many consonants which she never did before : ) So incredible to me and I am just so proud and grateful.
For the pp who needs the evaluation, my son who is now 3 and highly verbal (with no hearing loss) didn't have more than 1-2 word approximations until closer to 17 months, and then after 18 months it exploded. He does have other delays that he's pretty much caught up on, so I think that contributed to it. Early intervention, if needed, is amazing and does wonders.
