First time IUI success anyone??

So yesterday was our first time doing IUI. It went well, and I think for the first time ever I felt the cramping/pinching pain that people say they get when they ovulate. I have never had that pain before, but a few hours after IUI I felt it on my left side, which was the side I had the two mature follicles. So I feel like were off to a good start! Anyway, just wondering if any of you have any success stories with your first IUI? I'm trying to stay positive and hopeful!
