Slow Amazon Shipping...?

Has anyone had a problem with Amazon's super slow shipping lately? I ordered some stuff for Easter and, a week later, it still hadn't shipped so I cancelled it because it would never have arrived on time.

I placed another order early Monday morning...it's Thursday afternoon and it STILL hasn't shipped! WTAF Amazon?!?

I am an Amazon addict.  Sometimes this can be a problem when you order something that comes from a third-party seller.  If it comes out of an Amazon warehouse they usually ship it within 24 hours, IME.

None of it is 3rd party sellers, so I don't know what's the hold up.

My sister is a Prime customer and even her stuff is slower than the two day shipping. If my stuff doesn't ship by tomorrow, I'm calling to cancel and complain.

I'm a prime member, and sometimes my 2 day shipping items arrive on the 3rd day. This is because UPS only comes to our neighborhood 3 days a week.

I feel like it's been slower the last few months. I have Prime and my free two-day shipping items often come on the third day. Very annoying, especially with the price hikes. I'll still keep it though.

Yes!!! Amazon is taking forever! I ordered an item on Monday and it hasn't shipped yet. It usually ships like the day after. They're being super slow.

Before I was a prime member, it would often take a week to ship then another week to arrive.  The 2 weeks was way too slow to me.  We are now Prime members, so evidently their methods worked on us.

It's been hit or miss for me lately, some Prime shipping things have arrived the next day, while others are 2 days later than expected. Not often or late enough for me to complain though.

I'm a lurker jumping in- but yes, true!  Someone told me this last time I had a late package. I contacted them and they apologized and extended my prime by a month  (this was 2 months ago). Their customer service is top notch.
