Estrace while BFing?

I've been prescribed Estrace to use topically a couple times a day, but got home and noticed the packaging says it's not recommended to use while BFing because it may cause a drop in supply. My doc felt like it shouldn't have an impact because I'm to use just a small amount daily, but I've had to really fight supply concerns, so I'm nervous. Anyone have any experience? Did it impact supply?

supply-wise, i would think that the concentration is so low that it wouldn't be a concern. here's a couple of threads from people with similar questions- one person said that once your milk supply is established (by 6-8 weeks) that you don't need to worry.
