BFFN!

And yes I TOTALLY need that other "F"! I started spotting a little 10dpo but it was quick and light so I was holding out hope. Today was 12dpo and I was driving myself crazy with worrying and googling like there was no tomorrow. So, I couldn't help but POAS. A stark white no came up all too quickly. Well, if I had just waited an hour, AF would've given me my answer cause there she was with a vengeance :( I'm just devastated. Had so much faith in this cycle.

I called the dr and I'm starting clomid 200mg (again) CD3. I can't help but think this is all early. I usually get AF exactly 14dpo. I triggered with BIG follies 14 days ago so maybe I just ovulated right away? Sigh...I've got to get mentally geared up in a hurry. Here we go again!

    Gosh I am sorry sorry for the BFN. 
    200 of clomid again?? I'm nervous for you, unless I'm missing something...you have had all of your baseline tests done right? All the clomid in the world is not going to get an egg down a blocked tube.CD 3 BW, u/s, HSG, HSN, day 21 b/w, etc? SA?  

    ME:      36, on BC since 1996,  irregular periods.   HUBS:      37, healthy

    2001—meet.  2005—marry.  2006—Furbaby is born. 

    On BC till end of 2009.  2010 NTNP.   

    New Year’s Eve 2010—BFP?! January 13, 2011—early loss, HCG peaked at 324, no D&C needed.

    Feb 2011-Nov 2012—NTNP 

    Dec 2012 --present (TTC 20 months) Not even a hint of a BFP

    Me:  BW, U/S, HSG, HSN normal.  AMH 2.33.  Hubs: SA normal

    April 2014--IUI #1 Clomid 100 4-8 Follistim 150 9-14, 5 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 5/5 1100, BFN 

    May 2014 ---IUI#2 Clomid 100 3-7 Follistim 150 8-13, 3 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 6/6 547, BFN

    June 2014--IUI#3 Follistim 150/225 3-15, 3-5 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 7/11 1450, BFN

    July 2014--IUI#4 Follistim 225 2-12, 3 mature follies at trigger, Peak E2 8/12 841, BFN

    Breaking till after Christmas, then IVF...taking 4000 mgs daily Inositol and Melatonin 3mg

    They've done CD3 bw and u/s before, but they're not planning to this cycle. Same with day 21 bw...didn't test this cycle but they've tested before.
    I'm set up for a CD9 u/s.

    Dr just always says my trouble is with not ovulating. Since I responded well this time and started (mostly) on time they want to try one last clomid cycle. My OB consulted my RE and she agreed this was the right choice for this cycle. More extensive testing will come after next month if we have no luck. Since I have had a m/c and he has two children of his own, they have said it was unnecessary to test DH.

    Me 33, DH 37 -- TTC since Jan'12 -- Low AMH (0.78) & endo, SA w/ low motility
    IUI's 1-3 = BFN, IVF converted to IUI 4/13 = BFN
    IVF 1.2: 8R 6M 4F -- 2 blastocysts frozen, FET 8/15 = BFP!!
    Beta #s = 445;1,098; 9,545  -- EDD 5/2 -- Team Pink!

    @CaterinaC‌ Since I did have a m/c they haven't been in a rush to test him. I think we have decided to go with IUI if I respond this cycle, so they will do a SA beforehand. Better to cover our bases!

    I'm really sorry but the BFN.

    Personally, I would absolutely request a CD3 ultrasound, especially after taking 200 mg of clomid (is that per day or for the whole cycle?). What if you have leftover cysts and then you take more clomid this cycle? That could be very dangerous and damaging.

    Aug 2013 - SA: Counts & Motility = great, Morph = 1%; RE didn't seem too concerned

    Me: 26
    Jan. 2014 - Blood work ordered by obgyn:  Prolactin = high & AMH = low (0.73)
    Feb. 6, 2014 - Repeat blood work ordered by obgyn:  Prolactin = normal & AMH = low (0.9)
    Feb.  20, 2014 - First appointment with RE
    Feb. 24, 2014 - HSG scheduled;  DX:  one tube definitely open & one tube could be blocked
    Mar. 7, 2014 - CD 21 Blood work for Progesterone; DX:  Progesterone level at 5.2; shows I ovulated but was low
    Mar. 28, 2014 - Laparoscopy; DX:  Tubes open.  Found some endometriosis and had that removed.
     
    History:
    Started TTC:  June 2012
    June 2012 - March 2013:  When it Happens/it happens method = BFN
    March 2013:  Started using Fertility Friend
    Cycles 1 - 15 with Fertility Friend = BFN
    Cycle 16 - Benched due to Laparoscopy
    Cycle 17 - Natural Cycle = BFN
    Cycle 18 - Natural Cycle = BFN
    Cycle 19 - Natural Cycle = BFN
     

    Current Cycle:
    Cycle 20 = Natural Cycle

    I'm so sorry, that's really frustrating.

    Grr, HPTs should come with a huge warning on the front - "breaking down and taking one of these has a 50/50 chance of bringing on AF fast"

    DX: Unspecified Ovarian Dysfunction, Long Cycles
    May '13 BFP, C/P 4w3d
    Apr '14:  50mg clomid + ovidrel + B2B IUI #1=BFP,  Natural M/C 6.5wks
    Aug '14: 50mg clomid + ovidrel + B2B IUI #2=BFN
    Oct '14: 100mg clomid + ovidrel + IUI#3 =BFN
    Nov 14: 100mg clomid + ovidrel + B2B IUI#4=slow response, bad lining, cancelled
    FU with RE, more bloodwork: Anticardiolipin +
    Dec 14: 5mg Letrozole+baby aspirin +ovidrel + B2B IUI#4.1=BFFN

    Thanks, ladies! @Milagros315‌ it is 200mg a day. A CD3 u/a does make a lot of sense but the RE didn't order one this time. They did move my first u/s up this cycle because they're worried about early ovulation

    I'm sorry about the BFN :(

    Me: 30  DW (aka C): 29

    Together since 2/15/11 ~ Legally married in NY on 9/29/12

    ***CP mentioned***

    We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm.  8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy.  We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET.  I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013. 

    11/14/14 -  Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good. 

    12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2

    12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)

    1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2
