I can't decide how I feel about this trend's insistence on creeping back in ... how do you feel?

I've seen some long-torso'd tall people maybe pull it off, but it really doesn't suit most people.

I like it. Especially now that I have this stretchy skin around my lower belly from being pregnant. High waisted shorts/pants are a good way to camouflage and still show off my waist.

I like the idea of high waisted skirts. Jeans? I'm not sure. If you were long and lean, and had a skinny waist, then yea.

I have such a short torso that the waist would be up to my boobs, so no thanks.

I'm short waisted so I can't wear them but I think they look nice on people with the long torsos because you can actually see their waist. Plus I'm tired of seeing everyone's butt cracks and muffin tops.
