Questions? Help!

I just found out we're expecting baby #2. I'm a nervous wreck. My first child was born at 24 weeks due to my umbilical cord being fused to the amnictoc sac. Has anyone else had/heard of this? What's the chances of it happening again? Should I see my regular OB or my high risk doctor first? Thanks ladies!
