Don't touch me!

For the last week or two I just don't want to be touched. Had lunch with my mom and sister and didn't even want to hug, I still like hugging DH but when it comes to the idea of sex I want nothing to do with it. I feel bad neglecting DH but I'm uncomfortable as is I don't want to feel worse.

I'm in a similar boat.  I don't mind being touched, but certain touches really make my skin crawl.  My poor H has been seriously neglected.  I feel so unsexy so I don't want to do anything.  He says he understands but I still feel bad.
