Mommies/groups in Winston Salem area?

I recently moved back into the Winston Salem area after several years away and would love to find some mommy groups to connect with! My first baby was born April 3...a little girl!

    Congrats! I haven't found anything yet, but I do baby yoga at Forsyth on Saturdays (they have Thursday morning classes too) and that's a fun way to meet other moms.
