Last week DS, DH, and I were sitting on the couch at the end of a very long day. DS was clowning around and kind of pounced on my belly. I reminded him to be careful with the baby, so he leaned over, hugged on my belly, and said something along the lines of "careful baby." Then he crawled over to DH and repeated the same thing with DH's beer belly.

Awwwww, how sweet!  This weekend was full of smile for me.  E has just gotten so big lately.  But I think what made me smile the most was how much she adored my parents.  They live far away so we don't get to see them all that often.  But she wanted to be wherever her grandma was, and if she couldn't find her grandpa, she would walk around the house yelling "pawpaw!  pawpaw?" 
She also had so much fun at the zoo, and was such a good girl during my maternity pics.  Oh!  And she went into the baby's room and practiced swinging the swing, and telling us that the baby would sit in the swing, and she would sit in the chair.  Adorable!

We were at the park a few days ago, and a boy just a bit smaller than G (whom we didn't know) came right up to G and gave him a massive bear hug. G froze up, went stiff as a board, and fell strait back (not like on his bum, but flat back like he was doing a trust fall). Both little boys went down, and the other little boy popped up and ran off to play again. G looked up with this look of complete bewilderment. Apparently he's not a huger   >:D<

Also... We now have a little pink crib in G's room along with his crib-turned-toddler-bed

My dad came up for a visit on Thursday evening.....ds would start crying if my dad even looked at him until yesterday. So yesterday and this morning, my dad had fun playing with ds. Dad planned to go home yesterday after lunch but decided to wait 24 more hours just so he could play with ds longer. I'm also smiling today because I do not like my dad's dog and she went home with dad today.

Last week I was a bit down & having a hard time finding something to share in this thread.  I won't bore you with the details, but I'll just say that the biggest thing that was getting me down is MUCH better now.  

I'm off work today because G's daycare is closed.  We slept in till 7.  Made breakfast, took D to school and then spent the morning wasting time.  We stopped in to my local CD store and bought some more detergent.  Since we were already there we ordered simplex 2.0 to try (since I feel like I'm not a real CD'er till I try one) and two new coveralls!! Can't wait to post pics on flaunt your fluff! 

G has started using his words more and more.  It's so neat to see him point at the phone and say "phone" or the fridge and say "eat" instead of just having him whine or grunt at me till I guess what he wants.

@clldll I'm so glad things are looking up a bit this week.  And yes, the words are so much better than just the whining and crying.  Yes, I get that you are upset and clearly want something.  A clue would help baby.

Thanks TJ!  I'm glad your weekend was better than last too!!  It's funny how much difference one week will make. 

That's awesome about E talking about the baby.  I love that whole sibling bonding thing.  It just melts my heart to see my boys together.  I bet it will be the same for you & your girls.

Oh speaking of siblings, there was a mom in the CD store with me this morning with three little boys.  She was probably 20 weeks pregnant and was ordering some NB diapers.  I overheard her telling the owner that that the new baby is a boy too.  He was saying how it was her husband's "fault" that they were all boys.  I thought of @secretagentkate .  This mom also seemed just floored that she was having a fourth.  It totally made me smile.

It makes me smile that L can roll (throw) the nap back and forth with me. We've been using wool dryer balls as balls and he has so much fun trying to throw the ball. I didn't think that we'd be able to play catch for a long time.

I pretty much KILLED my poor 34-weeks pregnant body cooking a huge, southern, Easter dinner for DH's single and family-less (military) coworkers yesterday, and everything turned out perfectly and everyone went back for 2nds and even 3rds and raved about how delicious it was.  And then I was so exhausted afterward that I actually slept for 3 straight hours, woke up for 4, and then slept for 4 more straight hours!!!  I've been relaxing all day feeling victorious

What an awesome thing to do!  Sorry you are exhausted, but I'm glad it all went so well!

I'm smiling because DS was just amazing this weekend! We went to a family reunion on saturday and then headed to a family easter the next day. He probably saw close to 100 new people. He let anyone hold him and was just smile-y!

It was also amazing to see my 17 yo male cousin holding him and playing with him like a pro. He was even taking selfies with him. LOL

We had a talk last night about more kids and I shocked my husband when I said I would consider having 4.

If we can get in a better position financially we may consider having a third. But that involves a lot of work on our end.

But at this point I'm not holding my breath. It still makes me smile.

And last night C woke up while we were watching Game of Throwns. I nursed him during the last 5 minutes and he didn't even wake up. 10 minutes later I put him back in his crib and he slept until 3.

We are late dyeing eggs. M had a blast licking the vinegar and dye off the egg holder. She would have drank it if I let her. Her mouth and hands were green. Then she took a bath. I let her wash her hands with a bath bomb and it worked well to get most of the dye off. It had glitter in it though, so now she is kinda stained and covered in glitter. She had so much fun!

L was being so cute with my dad on Saturday! We were over dyeing eggs and making our traditional butter cutout cookies. L was squealing and being goofy and kept trying to imitate my dad laughing at her. So cute! And IMMS that she is turning into such a social butterfly, just like her mama.

I thought of another one. There is a mole on my neck that just fascinates N. He likes to play with it while I sing to him before nap/bedtime. Today he decided to call it Elmole.

@unaveragejane‌ How clever of him! I have a beauty mark on my cheek, that E used to be obsessed with. She would play with it while nursing all the time. We used to joke that it was the chocolate milk button.

My girls are really noticing one another so much more now - smiling, cooing, and constantly reaching for the other. Having twins has been pretty intense for a lot of reasons, but this is pretty awesome.

@unaveragejane‌ I have a few moles on my neck too, and G is currently in love with pinching then and yelling "mole-y!" It'd be super irritating if not weren't so dang cute.

It makes me smile that little man loved Tot Shabbat on Saturday and he smiles at me when I say the Shema with him. It made me smile tonight when we got back from baby sign language I ran to the bathroom and the hubby got little man ready for bed including putting a correct overnight diaper on him without me even asking him to do it.
