Updates: Back in L&D before I could even update.

Update #5. Most know how it goes from here. If baby makes me sicker, we deliver. She stays put till 37 weeks, no longer though. She stays put depending on lab values though.

Update #4.

Got to go home yesterday. Back in less then 24 hrs. Severe swelling. Contractions. High BP. Got my room back though. Lol.

Not going to stop the contractions as of right now. Hope they stop on own though. Will update when I can.

Update # 3

Blood pressures are 150/90 this morning. Officially diagnosed with preeclampsia. That means bed rest until she is born. Only cure is to deliver her. So far my liver and kidneys are still holding up. Our goal is to get to 37 weeks if possible. They will consider letting me go home today if things look ok later. Bean is fine. She will get her picture taken twice a week now to check on her. ( Sure she will love that ) Labs and urine tests for me too. If anything gets worse then we are back in the hospital on bed rest or deliver early. Thanks for everyone's love and support. It is truly appreciated and needed at this time. Will keep you updated.

Update #2

Getting magnesium for headache and BP. Things are going better. Just want to be home. Staying another night for sure. Will keep updated. We get our second steroid shot tonight just incase.

Update #1
The pain was so bad and I felt like they were lying to me. My Dr's partner had written 2 tabs every 4 hours as needed for pain. The first dose was 2 tabs. I took a bath, walked, ate and was gonna nap them go home if pain stayed down. Had to stay for other reasons but the next time for pain meds they would only give me 1. I said ok cuz if it does not work I can always take the second. All of a sudden they won't let me have more then 1. The order still reads 1-2 every 4 hours. Long story short. After me crying for 2 1/2 hours straight the pain was beyond bad. Anyways. Now that the dr is due to round I somehow can have 2? Lets just say I'm not happy and will get to the bottom. I could rant on and on about this issue.

So had an crapy night. Ended up needing stronger pain meds then I wanted. Hope to see my dr soon. Have an ultrasound. More blood work and another steroid shot. Also the neurologist. That I work for too. So it will be nice to know they will listen to me. Thanks everyone will keep updated!!

Going to keep this short as my head is killing me. My fourth attempt to post this.

Was admitted Saturday night because of high BP, protein and severe headache.

I've gotten one steroid shot for baby lungs. More testing tomorrow. Neurology going to see me too.

Worst pain ever!!!

Baby looks good so far. Prayers needed. Will update when I am able to physically.
