Trouble TTC

Awful experience at RE.

So on friday I went in for my HSG test, at my clinic the drs rotate doing this test. I went in for my test, and this dr didn't really walk me through what she was doing, after it was over she told me that both of my tubes were blocked and she said that my dr would discuss further during my follow up apt. We go up to the front and I ask the nurse about scheduling my follow up and she basically refused and said that one of the nurses would call me. So I have spent the weekend upset(and uncomfortable). I am going to call my RE in the morning, however I feel as though I have the right to lodge a complaint about this, so I am going to.

Re: Awful experience at RE.

  • Ugh what a terrible dr and nurse! I am so sorry for the bad news of your HSG, and your stressful weekend.

I hope they are responsive to your complaint and take it to heart. Hopefully when talking to your own RE he or she can give you more of an explanation about the results.

  • If your gut ever tells you to switch RE's dont hesitate to do it. This is stressful enough to go through and you dont need  uncourteous/incompetent staff. I am really glad I switched my RE!

  • I spoke to my Dr this morning, and she said she was going to speak with said nurse. Hopefully that helps, it's more of a I was on the verge of tears, and you're being an asshole issue.

However they can't fit me in until May 6th, so I am in limbo, which sucks :(

thank you for all your kind words and support!
