A local mom has 8 used "htf" BG 4.0s that she posted on our swap page. Instea of selling them, she it trying to sell 100 tickets at $5, then draw 8 names who get to pick their print.
Do you think it is clever of her to raffle them or tacky?
Maybe I just don't get it because I am not into prints so I don't get the thrill of a "htf" print. ( are they really that hard to find? It seems like everyone on this board has an Albert)

This sounds just like my dip group. They way it works is that you and the admins select a price (usually what you'd sell them for on the swap or at value). Then they select how much each entry is and how many entries are needed. So, if you have a wrap that sells for 1000$ on the regular swap then typically those dips are 10$ per dip/entry and a cap of 100 dips. Once the dip amount is met then you pay and then they draw. If a dip isn't closed within a set time then they get sold.
Albert isn't a limited edition like the Chelsey Perry prints, jules/Irwin/Audrey.
And yes, regardless how a lottery is done, most states require a license. At least in WI you needed one. Even if it was for a charity.
I saw it on the BG bst.
