I had both GD and pre-e with HELLP last pregnancy. I was diagnosed with GD at 26 weeks and signs of pre-e started at around a month later. Now, I was diagnosed with GD at around 15 weeks, but no signs of pre-e yet.

I had both with my first too. Currently 15 weeks and I've already had a ton of preliminary bloodworm and a 1 hour GD screening. Ill be interested to see if it occurs again during this pregnancy.

With my first I wasn't even tested for GD until pretty late b/c I had no other risk factors, officially dx at 32 weeks. Then developed HBP and Pre-E postpartum, which is pretty uncommon from my understanding. I'm pregnant with my second, and still have HBP, so high risk for Pre-E again, testing next week for GD (at 12 weeks).
