Ha ha! We must have similar taste. DD is Leah Katherine. For no.2 if it's a girl we are thinking Claire Elizabeth. Elizabeth after two sister's middle name. I like Claire Helene (leen sound). I think that flows well.
One-syllable first names are hard to find middle names for...harder to create that "flow" like you said. For that reason I think they sound good with middle names that are accented on the second syllable. Like Claire Noelle, Claire Adele, etc.
