First of all Congratulations!
My name is Bianca. I am a certified pre/postnatal yoga instructor based out of Boston/South Shore, MA. I have been practicing yoga for over six years. I am now accepting new students to do private yoga sessions with. Yoga is a wonderful way for you to connect with your baby, ease any anxiety or pain you may experience and take some time to yourself! Did you know that yoga is proven to help ease nausea, lower back pain and sciatica (among a number of other great benefits)? It doesn't matter if you practiced yoga before your pregnancy, I teach to all levels and stages. A doctor's consent is required to begin, however, this is a very safe practice for the average pregnant woman and baby! I will customize each lesson based on your specific needs.
