Talk about giving up too soon!

I have a friend who wanted to cloth diaper her new baby. I let her use my newborn stash and ended up getting her a bunch of cloth diapering accessories for her shower. Baby is two weeks old and she just gave me back my diapers and told me she's giving up the cloth diapers because ebf poo stains... I'm so bummed because I was looking forward to having an irl friend who cd's too!

Did you point out that EBF poo stains clothes, too, and that poo gets on clothes more often with disposables?

Yes, and I told her about sunning too, but I guess she's made up her mind. I realize that makes this post pretty pointless, but was bummed and had nobody irl to talk to about it.

Yeah I lent a friend my NB stash and she never even tried them. But she talks about NB blow outs all.the.time.

Everyone is able to make their own decisions. But atleast she passed stuff along to you! So yay!

Are they stained or just not clean?  I thought mine were stained after the first wash, and it was so gross.  Turns out, my routine just sucked.  I don't have a single stain.  I'm guessing its too late to trouble shoot with her though.   Bummer.
