Suffocation is a legit concern here too. I even told the nurses that in the hospital. Lol. When my milk came in it was downright near porn star proportions.

I have an inside baby, but still answered boobs. When your starting boob size is near as big as your own head, you don't have to wait and see. I can see the writing on the wall.

I have to squeeze my boob flat for LO to nurse, otherwise it's like a tiny dog trying to carry a soccer ball. Also DH motorboated me this morning, so enjoy those big boobs, ladies.

Still an inside baby, but with my DD I remember looking down and not even being able to see her face because of how HUGE my boobs were (pre baby I was a 34B) I remember about about the 3rd day home I took a nap in a tube top and woke up a few hour later and my boobs could only be half covered by the short... SO is pretty excited about that part of pregnancy.
