QOTW: Do you have any special Easter traditions?

Cycle status: cycle day eight, nothing exciting to report.

QOTW: Nothing particularly unique. My family tends to fluctuate from year-to-year what we do. But a picnic or barbecue is usually on the agenda. This year DH and I are going to brunch at SIL's house and then barbecue at my parents house in the evening. That's after church in the morning of course. It's going to be a long day, so DH decided to take Monday off. I'm looking forward to Monday.

QOTW: no real year to year traditions, just kind of winging it... Easter basket for everyone but me! (Not complaining, just gotta put them together)

Omg.. I wanted to order a bunny costume this year and make Joe dress up as a bunny for a few years, but I thought about it too late  

We usually go out to eat on Easter.

cd 22 and 9dpo. I HAD to POAS today. Negative. So I will try to hold out til Saturday, Monday the latest to POAS again. I just wanna pee on anything that will possibly show me a line.

We usually bbq with the family that lives close enough to get  together with and hide eggs for my niece and DD

Cycle status : IUI today!

Traditions: we are an interfaith family, so we do both Passover and Easter. No major traditions other than normal stuff though.

CD - never got a PP period, so no clue, but I think (think think think!!!) I ovulated - so possibly 3 or 5 DPO

Easter traditions - last year my son was too little to really do much, so we're starting the traditions this year. We're doing a little egg hunt with him and going to church. I know he won't get much out of it, but we'll color eggs.

8dpo, no news to report.

We usually do an Easter basket, and color eggs. Someone does a dinner and we either go to that or host one, but nothing major.

5dpo of a natural cycle here...planning to do IVF in late May/early June.

We go to church and go to brunch with my mom's side of the family (20ish people)

6dpiui here cramps are a little better Dr thinks I have a luteal cyst on my ovary that is causing the cramps and stabbing pain. So no big deal, just no exercise or sex. I think I had this with a past medicated cycle when we were ttc#1. But that cycle I also had bad ohss so I'm hoping that isn't next, on the flip side it was the cycle I got KU so I think I'm feeling very foolishly optimistic and as Dh said I will be crying in a week.

For easter we go to my MIL's. We work on a strict division of holidays due to having three sets of parents to visit and split the holidays between.

2 days post lap surgery so not sure what my cycle will do so waiting to see. I'm out this month regardless.

We go to DHs family and eat my mother in laws rediculously good southern cooking easter dinner and the kids hunt eggs

CD17, 6DPO, 7DPIUI, just hanging out.

We don't have any real traditions yet.  This year we are going to the zoo.  Once the boys are a little older, we will do the Easter basket hunt that my mom used to do with us.  She would hide clues in the plastic Easter eggs and we had to go on the hunt for our baskets.

Cycle Status:  Waiting for betas to drop back to 0 so we can try again.

Tradition:  I started a tradition of planting jelly beans in the garden with my nephews the night before Easter and the next day they "magically" turn into already wrapped candy sitting on the ground.  They love it!  Other than that just lunch with my immediate and extended family members.

Cycle Status: No update, hoping for things to turn around work-wise no luck yet.  If so maybe IVF #4 in later summer to fall.

QOTW: We had our Passover Seder earlier in the week.

Cycle status: 11DPO and a BFN today. We were supposed to be benched right now as I'm having dental surgery in May but it wasn't urgent so I hoped for a miracle as my body seems to be working well with the progesterone.

QOTW: Do you have any special Easter traditions? I love easter egg hunts. I used to make DH do them for me even when it was just us.

Cycle status: 11 dpo. BFN this morning. Waiting out AF at this point.

QOTW: baskets and egg hunt in the morning. Then church. Followed by visits to both sides of the family.

CD 13 of a natural cycle. we are still in the process of finding out all the bad news in order to proceed with a comprehensive plan. as it happens, i got a +opk yesterday and i have the itch to hump like rabbits with that irrational TTC drive. i don't have a lot of faith in a good outcome but apparently i'm willing to try anyway.

QOTW: we have always done Easter at my mom's/DH's mom's house. this year was the first time I got to cook for just us three (myself, DH and DS.) DS is just old enough now to "get" easter egg hunting, it was really fun to start our own tradition.

I got a positive OPK today which means I will O super late on CD23 or 24.
