Depends on where I am.  In MD, where I live, and CT, where DH's family is, I'm definitely Southern. But in AR, where I'm from, they say I sound 'northern'.

Yes lol. Same with daughter and similar words. People ask me to repeat it a lot when they catch it. I guess it sounds funny to them.
