How to I respond to this question?

My sister-in-law (whose is 17) and a senior in high school asked me if she should have a 2nd baby.  She got pregnant when she was 16 and then married and gave birth last August.  She said they were starting to try for a second since labor is easier if kids are close in age (I'm not sure where I learned that?).  And asked what I thought.  I first asked how she would pay for it and she responded by saying WIC and her parents help.  Should I have said anything else or just....stay out of it?  I'm trying to be the bigger person here, but this has been bugging me!

    Is Zayn going to be the dad? If so, then I say go for it! If not, then I ask if it's really worth it.

    Yeah, sadly I just got a reality check. 

    She asked me because she was already pregnant....and it was planned.
