I'm pretty sure you have to be at least 16 to get married with parental consent.

OP, was your marriage legal? It could be a religious marriage that was not necessarily legal at the time.

Hello, welcome. Just curious... - How old were you when you met your husband? - How old was your husband when you got married? - Was this an arranged marriage or did you and husband just decide in 8th or 9th grade that you were in love and wanted to get married?

My husband was friends with my family for years,he was 26. no it was not arranged.
Because I'm a curious one by nature, I will ask: Are you all a part of a certain culture/background/religious following in which this is pretty standard? As you acknowledge above, it's a bit unusual for most of us. Just curious. I, for one, could barely take care of houseplants before I was 22.

---------end quote----------- I'm 32 and I still can't keep houseplants alive.
why are house plants so hard to keep alive?? I bought a palm a month ago and now it is wilting. :(  I'm going to start buying fake houseplants

I can almost keep weeds alive now, and I keep fresh flowers in vases for like two or three days so that's progress. Follow your dreams, and you, too, can be a horticulturist like I am!

    3 days?? Overachiever!

I have a cactus (it's actually a succulent, but whatever). They really are the only plant worth having. Only have to water them like twice a year and all.
I LOVE my hen and chicks. :)
