7DPO Blood work (updated!)

What exactly do they look for in 7dpo blood work? The last draw I had was a full panel which I am guessing that my progesterone was low, is why she said I wasn't ovulating... I didn't get numbers then... This is my first draw to see if anything had any actual effect... What do they look for on medicated cycles as far as numbers? What is good and what is bad?

I am beyond happy with the call I just received! My REGULAR nurse in fact did call back today... my progesterone levels were at a 24.95! She seemed shocked when she read the numbers to me, but said those are great numbers to I did O! Then I asked her about the SA, she said that if I do not get pregnant this cycle, typically the midwife I am working with likes to do 3 rounds of Clomid, since I did O, I will stay at 50mg if there is not + hpt for two more cycles, then she said after that she will order the SA for DH. She wants to make sure I am in fact O'ing first I guess, which I did, so hopefully DH has awesome swimmers and we will find out in a few days if it took any effect...  fx that I don't have to endure the Clomid bitch again... but if I do, I will do it gladly this time and not be a baby cuz its horrible!

Most REs have their own numbers they want. I've heard 10+ for a nonmedicated cycle and 15+ for a medicated cycle as a ballpark.
