It is sooo nice out today and I do not have any desire to cook. I think I might have DH grill some burgers , not sure what else though. What is on your menu for tonight?

mmmm all these choices sound delish!  Hope you all enjoyed your dinner! We went with cheeseburgers, french fries, garlic bread and a small salad! I also made a trader joe's run and got my favorite chocolate bar for dessert ( dark chocolate with cookie butter inside , heaven!).

I ended up using two tortilla shells one on top and then one on bottom to fold together and then i sprayed with cooking spray on each side before I flipped it.  I also put some spanish rice in mine too w/ the taco meat.
