What temperature do you dry your prefolds and flats at?  Currently I use low.  Is there any harm in using med. or high if there isn't any covers in there?

I just use the regular setting, which is medium or medium high I think.

High. For cotton only things.

I dry on high or medium for prefolds, flats, hemp and bamboo. If I have been lazy and am down to a few diapers and need to dry shells with PUL or TPU I always dry on low and then do a second cycle on high or medium for the inserts.
