What's for dinner this week?

I'm trying to get away with skipping a grocery store trip this week, so trying to eat stuff from the freezer....

M:  TJs orange chicken, veggie fried rice
T:  enchiladas, rice, salad
W:  chicken parm, spaghetti, salads
Th: TBD maybe something in the crock pot?
F:  DH's bday!  Dinner at Fogo de Chao in Philly!
S: quesadillas, salads
S: probably Easter brunch with ILs and Easter dinner with my parents

M: Tilapia with Lime and mash potatoes

T: Sheppard's pie

W: Quesadillas with brown rice and green peas

T: Bangers and mash

F: Home-made pizza

S: Who knows?

S: Dinner with grandparents :P

@voplo you just reminded me that I have tilapia in the freezer!  I think we may have that tonight, instead.  Mmmm..

we love tilapia! This is the recipe I use, but with lime instead lemon (less sour for the little monkey).

And that's all I got. I do my grocery shopping on Thursdays, so my meal planning only goes until my next trip to the store.

I tried to defrost some chili for tonight but it is nowhere near thawed.

I'm sick AGAIN so DH is bringing home Jack in the Box. Last night we ate at Chilis. For shame!
