Growth ultrasound at 8 am EST. excited to see the baby and anxious to see his size. Although I know it's just an estimate, he was over 3 lbs at my last ultrasound at 27 weeks.

I went for a walk in appt this morning bc I've been feeling nauseous and my heart has been racing. The doc seems to think that I just have a stomach bug and I'm a little bit dehydrated but baby sounds ok. She recommended that I drink Gatorade and a bland diet. Hopefully I kick this soon! It sucks.

Mornin sonogram at 32w2d... Cutest baby face ever!! Weighing in at 4lb6oz scares me silly!! Praying I don't have a giant baby but they claim that's 50th percentile! Sono tech also confirmed my suspicions!! Lots of hair on her head explains all my crazy heartburn!

Had my growth ultrasound. He's in the 85 percentile and weighing 5lb 2 oz already. I'm a little nervous. Also found out he's head down, none of my babies have ever been head down. I know he can also flip back to breech. Me and my MFM doc talked about my swelling. We're going to keep an eye on my BP. Of course he reminded me that I have all the risk factors to get pre-e.... age, weight, GD, prior history. Ugh. Starting NSTs next week and go back in 5 for another growth ultrasound to determine when he'll be born.

ETA:  checked my bump on my computer and could finally see your full post with photos/etc... 31w5d... yeah 5lb2oz does seem a bit ahead of the game. Best of luck and sending T&P that baby is healthy and happy in there!

Yay! My fluid went from 6-8 in the last 2 weeks. Baby looks scored 8 out of 8 on the biophysical profile. Growth scan on thurs so let's hope she had a growth spurt!

Two appointments today--first is a special OB clinic at 1:30 ET.  Evidently they get all the delivering doctors together to review high-risk patients to make sure they're all on the same page--not sure what to expect with this one.  Then on to MFM at 3:15 for the weekly ultrasound and wellness check.  Hoping someone can give me a better idea when/how they're thinking delivery will be; sounds like we're highly likely to be scheduled in the next few weeks.

Appt this afternoon hopefully everything goes ok these last few days ive been having alot of contractions and pain. Fingers crossed. Good luck ladies

Weekly ultrasound went well.  She's measuring in at about 4 lbs. 15 oz.  I love watching her practicing to breathe.  Only 5 1/2 more weeks to go!

Had a follow up for PIH bloodwork from Friday. Nothing really has changed except more protein in urine. So... Just keep watching blood pressure and symptoms and take it easy. Growth ultrasound next Monday and starting non-stress tests twice a week. Should get more answers about measuring 4 weeks ahead.

On a side note, I know I hear his heart beat at every appointment but it is still such a beautiful sound

I had a biweekly checkup today. They measured me and said I am measuring 29 weeks, when I should be 30, but that it's all so subjective they think it's absolutely nothing to worry about. I am slightly worried about growth just because everyone has been telling me I look small for being 30 weeks almost 31 weeks pregnant. They told me if she measures 2 weeks behind or more at the next appointment, I'll probably get an ultrasound, but they doubt there are any problems and she could just be laying side to side. 

Everything else is looking fine and they said her heartbeat sounds great.

Just finished at the doctor. Baby is measuring 2 weeks ahead. I'm 30% effaced and he's head down.

Since he's measuring so big I'll have an ultrasound on the 28th to see why. They're concerned that he's stressed. So we will see.

Thanks @liberty95!! My family hasn't responded so well to the ones so far either- same reaction to their super creepiness but this one finally really captured her cuteness!! Xoxox
