I am 38w1d and feeling okay, can't complain too much (my husband may tell you otherwise!). My next appt is in Friday. They haven't done an internal check yet so I have no idea if I am dilated or not. I am really hoping he comes on time- I am ready!
qotw- yes, the nursery is done!! We have other stuff to set up around the house but the nursery is good to go. I finished washing and folding and putting everything away this weekend.

Upcoming appointments?
Any updates to share?
Had my last OB appointment Friday, no dilation was happening then. Nothing's been going on contraction-wise so looks like I will be getting induced tomorrow night!
How are you feeling?
Physically, I felt good enough to go see a movie downtown with my SO earlier. My maternity leave began this week so I've been able to relax a lot. Mentally/emotionally: SO and I are both pretty anxious about the induction process and labor, and, oh, bringing a baby home.
QOTD: How is the nursery coming along? Have you finished putting it all together?
It's done! I just hung the last of the artwork I had, last week. It is by far the most cheerful room in the house.
IF, 5 losses, 1 son, 1 on the way.
All is a okay here per usual. I am 31w5d and still feeling pretty good. I do have an appt on Tuesday so hopefully all stays that way. I am really starting to feel LOs foot(at least I think it's a foot anyways) dig into my ribs which just seems crazy to me! I'm still wrapping my head around the fact that there is actually a little person in there, lol!
The big pieces of the nursery are done, but we really haven't decorated or put much away yet. There just isn't a lot to do yet bc we still have a lot to get for baby. Once we have our shower, I'm sure that will be a different story!

I'm 33w3d. I went to go visit my family for the last time before the baby comes since it's a 2 hour trip and they surprised me with a baby shower! It's so weird to have diapers In the house! I had so much fun and cried because the next time I see them I will have my little miracle with me. DH was helping me organize baby things tonight and he started to cry to. It's becoming so real. We have an appointment on Thursday and everything is still going great!
QOTW: the nursery is done I just have to wash everything. I'm actually excited to do laundry!
@thecuddleeffect congrats!!! And I hope little Colin is doing great!
@olenkapdx good luck!!!

I am 29 weeks (30 in a couple of days!) and doing well for the most part. I've been having more abdominal cramping than normal and just overall have been getting more sore. But other than that, all is good! My appt last week went well - I'm measuring right on track and my doctor said that baby is head down for the time being.
QOTW: No, our nursery is not ready. But we plan to have baby in our room for awhile so I think it will be okay. DH is making the crib with his dad - so hopefully that will be ready in time! If not, we have a pack and play with a bassinet feature that we can use. We also still need to decide on a dresser. We do have tons of clothes and those are all hanging up so cutely in her closet! We still need to get some of the smaller things - we have most everything picked out, just not purchased. To me picking everything out is half the battle!
QOTW: We are finished with the nursery, and I've gotten all her clothes and things washed and put away. I love going in there and just looking around. I can't believe she will be home with us a week from tomorrow!
Me: 42. DH: 46.
1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.
2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.
3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.
4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.
5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.
Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN. After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.
August 16, 2013: BFP our first month of "not trying!" Still in shock. Beta #1 (14dpo): 183. Beta #2 (17dpo): 611. Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm!
Ultrasound 9/13/13: 8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
Baby is due 4/26/14
I have a routine 2-week appt this upcoming Saturday, but unless something goes array this week it should be just normal stuff.
No big updates this week, just growing more day by day. Everyday baby's kicks and movements are stronger and stronger. This baby is going to be a big one! We got the tour of the maternity unit at our hospital. Wow! These rooms are nicer than our house! I'll take their bathrooms over our in-need-of-reno ones any day! We also took a breastfeeding class this weekend. I actually learned a few things I had no idea about before. I really want to try hard to be an exclusive breastfeeder, but it seems like it definitely takes a toll on you. We'll see how disciplined I can be once baby is here - time will tell.
My back is now taking the brunt of the growth and I can't seem to get comfortable unless I'm standing up. Not sure how much longer I'm going to be able to work because it is starting to impede my production since I truly can't sit for long periods of time anymore, and when I am sitting most of my focus is on my back pain. My edema seems to be here to stay now. It was on and off before, but now it's been pretty consistent, but only in my ankles, particularly the right side. And, obviously, I'm having some insomnia. I think it's more of a can't get comfortable thing, but its's almost 1am and I'm awake, definitely not tyical for this gal.
QOTD: PFT! Not even close to being done. We are still working on it little by little, but still waiting on the dresser to come in. I ordered a mirror from PBK, which is backordered until the end of May. And I'm still in search of an area rug, I just really don't know what I want. I suppose if we don't have this when baby gets here it won't be the end of the world. I also need to finish painting the new closet door, touch up some of the wall paint, and give the window sill and molding a fresh coat of white once we get it clean, but hopefully we're nearing the end of painting. I do have my crib skirt and blackout curtain, but they both still need to be washed and ironed. The fabric has a unique shape, so I think I'm procrastinating on purpose because it's going to take some effort to get them to look nice.
IVF/FET #1 - BFP!!
DX - PCOS 2004
FET #2 - scheduled for 11/24/15
I'm almost 30 weeks with di/di twin girls and feeling rather pregnant these days lol. At 27 weeks I was measuring 35 so I'm curious how big I am now. The girls are moving around like crazy and my stomach is like a scene out of the movie Alien. Their daddy loves to swim so I'm assuming they've taken after him and just like to move around
Emotionally I'm feeling pretty good, we're now less to two months to go and I'm really getting excited. Every once in awhile I realize "oh wait I'm going to have to BIRTH these children somehow!?" and it kind of freaks me out haha. We have our MoMs Tour coming up on Wednesday and I'm hoping that will help with some of the unknowns out there.
Physically I'm a wee bit beat. My doc moved me to a part time schedule which has been awesome, but I think at my next appt (the 22nd) I'm going to ask to be taken off completely. Besides all the typical pregnant stuff I've started developing pregnancy induced carpal tunnel and my job is 90% typing all day, so that's no fun! At first I was worried I'd go nuts at home but there's actually plenty to do to keep me busy.
QOTD: Our nursery is probably 70% done! It's totally usable as is, but I want to organize and decorate it and then it will be perfect! We have the nursery set up with one crib, changing table and all their clothes/gear. Our room holds the crib they'll sleep in at first, the glider and a dresser we're going to make into a changing area. So basically these kiddos won't even use this beautiful nursery for awhile haha. But it makes me happy so oh well :P
@katekat8721 - carpal tunnel sucks! Mine developed back in January and has gotten progressively worse. Definitely buy some sleep wrist splints and daytime wrist splints - they really do help make it bearable (even though your fingertips will always be tingly....)
How far along are you? I'll be 30wks on Wednesday! Starting to finally feel like we're in the final stretch! Just hoping the babies will stay put for at least another month!!
Upcoming appointments? I have a regular checkup with the OB's office on Wednesday, and back again for an u/s and growth scan at the high risk hospital OB April 24th. We had a quick u/s at the high risk hospital OB last Friday - both babies were looking good, with no changes to the things they've been watching on our last few ultrasounds. We did finally get all of our bloodwork back, and thankfully it was all good news - my Harmony test came back with a 1 in 10,000 risk for the various trisomy conditions, and my virus testing all came back negative, so the things we were most concerned about (and that had the greatest likelihood of being issues, based on what they keep seeing on ultrasounds), are effectively ruled out. DH actually hugged the doctor, we were so happy to get good news - it's been a stressful two weeks waiting on all the results...
Any updates to share? Had our 2nd baby shower yesterday and now our house looks like it threw up a Babies R Us! It's going to be a busy week catching up on thank you notes and sorting through everything. Thankfully I only have a handful of outfits to return/exchange (I doubt our babies will be wearing short sleeves in December...), and we got several gift cards which will cover over half of what we have left to buy! And the ladies at church yesterday mentioned they want to throw us a shower as well, so I'm thinking of requesting a diaper shower.
How are you feeling? Still feeling pretty crappy overall - I think I've hit my wall this past week (and if I haven't, then I hate to think how I'm going to feel when it does happen!). My body just wasn't built to carry 50 extra pounds (on top of the 20 extra pounds I put on pre-pregnancy doing fertility treatments....). Between the swelling and carpal tunnel, and general exhaustion, I just don't feel all that hot. And now there's a spot on my right shoulder blade that is constantly numb, and seems to radiate numbness over my back and shoulder....I'm guessing more nerve issues caused by all the swelling. QOTD: How is the nursery coming along? Have you finished putting it all together? The nursery is slowly coming together - just need to finish hanging the window treatments, get pictures hung, and put together the toy chest/bookshelves.

QOTD: How is the nursery coming along? Have you finished putting it all together? Getting there. We need to do DSs new room in order to get Baby Girl's room together. We have to get some of the stuff from ILs. We have the car seat and Rock n Play here as well as the bouncy, Pack n Play, and Swing.
Nursery is almost done! DH just needs to hang stuff on the wall and change a light fixture. My mom and I worked on organizing all day today!!

PAIF/SAIF Everyone welcome!
talon1226 Hang in there girl! My cousin had complete placenta previa, too, and had a scary bleed that ended with an emergency c-section that night making the baby 2 months early, so I definitely have seen seen how awful it can be and I feel for you. Sending lots to T&P that you and baby continue to improve and make it to your scheduled c-section!!
IVF/FET #1 - BFP!!
DX - PCOS 2004
FET #2 - scheduled for 11/24/15
Appointments/Updates? I had an OB appointment on Monday and it appears the baby is still breech. Woomp woomp. I've been going to a chiropractor for the last two weeks and praying that the baby turns. I'm going to start doing some inversions which should be interesting. lol. Any other pointers welcome!
How are you feeling? I'm feeling pretty good still. I am starting to feel big and a little comfortable at times, but nothing too bad.
QOTD: We're keeping everything pretty much the same from our DD. We just moved our DD to her "new big girl room" so now it's open for the baby. I still have a ton to do...laundry....breaking out baby supplies from storage....With my limited energy I think I'm going to space out those tasks.
