Question for STMs(+)--Your First Birth Experience

I was induced at 38 1/2 wks for high blood pressure. Baby wasn't read to come, from begining of induction to vaginal birth it was 64 hours. I had a corio infection during delivery, passed it to my son which landed him in the NICU for 9 days. All around it was a nightmare and I'm hoping for a much smoother birth this time.
