I thought I would ask you about Prometrium.  I am getting bloodwork tomorrow and if its all normal...i will start the drug on Monday. Did you have any side effects on it?  Did you have AF a 2nd time yet? Or waiting? Im on CD 102!

Yup. Once on CD 45 and once on CD 47

I wouldn't call your doc until cd60.  CD40-something is way too early to go on prometrium.

Probably because of my weight.

Do you have a chart? If so, could I peek? And to answer your questions:

1- I had AWFUL side effects... extremely dizzy and nauzea (sp)- especially on the 1st night. you MUST take it at night or else you will be sick all day.

2- My cycle was 92 days and it took 3 days after last night of pill to get AF.

3- I am still waiting for AF. This is my 1st cycle after prometrium.

I almost was in the 40s this cycle- it looks like I O'd on cd 38. ?It's really weird because my four previous cycles have been 33-40 days total so I don't know WHAT is going on this cycle. ?This is my first cycle charting so I can't say if I've truly been ovulating before now, though I have gotten positive OPKs before. ?

I gave up tempting in charting after my first missed AF. I have talked with someone else on the Craigslist forum and she is about 22dpo with BFN on HPT and BHCG. So, she thinks her cycle is messed up again.  I wonder how long it takes to regulate cycles.

Im not trying to be pessimistic, but I have a great feeling that I will need more than one dose of Prometrium. Ugh.....

I also meant to mention that the person on Craigslist forum took Provera and got AF 5 days later.  She had a +OPK on CD 10.  Still no BFP for her yet though.
