Hi ladies!  I did bad the first few days of this week, but i've done much better since Wednesday.  I am down just under 3 pounds since Wednesday morning.  I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in 2 weeks (pathetic) and I only stayed 20 minutes (even more pathetic).  I am feeling good now, and really excited about eating healthy again!
We have a new system at work so they have been giving us snacks all week as a good luck/thank you/i'm sorry this change sucks gift.  I have managed to ignore the m & ms, granola bars, and dunkin donuts.  The only thing I gave in to in was 1 bagel and a nutri grain bar. 
FYI I just had an email that Old Navy has active wear on sale if anybody is interested!

Hello!  I was good this week and lost 3 lbs!  I watched what I ate, and did plenty of walking and even cheated with some elliptical time - although I was doing an IVF cycle, my ovaries have barely done jack squat so on Monday I said screw it and started doing light cardio.

Then again, today has SUCKED and I already decided I'm eating whatever the heck I feel like today.  But being that I can't drink and I have a bunch of outside work to do tomorrow, I feel like I can rebound from whatever crap I eat tonight.

1.       What is your weight loss/get healthy goal? My overall goal is 100 pounds lost. I just hit the 25-pound mark this morning. Woot Woot!

2.       What method are you using to help reach your goal?   I’m doing a modified Atkins/Paleo diet with weekly “cheat” days. It’s working out swimmingly so far.

3.       What is your biggest weakness that you just can't resist? Potatoes! French fries, chips, mashed, and baked—I just love those buggers. Hardest part of my diet.

@modernfairytale8709 I have a very similar goal.  Although I would be pleased with 75 total I really want 100!  I am stuck at right around 30 though.  I've been stuck in this same 5 pound range for a few months.... good luck!

What is your weight loss/get healthy goal? I'd like to lose the 20lbs I've gained in the last year. Between surgery, 4 pregnancies and these medicated cycles and all the bed rest my metabolism is shot to hell. I'm excited to be down 3lbs so far right in the middle of this cycle that I'm bloated from hell.

What method are you using to help reach your goal? I started back running a little over a month ago when my RE put me on bc. They told me I could continue to run on meds until it hurts. Well after 8 days of stimming with 200-275 iu a day I started feeling it. I couldn't run my 2 miles on Friday, I had to walk some. I'm going to try again today but I imagine I'll be walking a lot again. I'm also eating better.

What is your biggest weakness that you just can't resist? French fries, I run for French fries.

@calindi I don't do any midsection exercises on the meds. This past weekend I couldn't even plant my vegetables in my garden because bending over is way to painful. I'm just running, legs, and free weight on my arms.

My goal is to be a comfortable size 10 again.  I've struggled with my weight my whole life.  I was always happy at a 10, so that is my aim.

We're pretty much in the same boat.  I'm a couple inches shorter but I want to be around a size 10, right now I just want to get down to under 200 before I start treatments back!

*Raises Hand* I'm here to join! I am 5'4 and since I left 3rd shift I dropped from 235/240 to 228 (+/-1lb) I have PCOS and struggled my whole life being a big girl. I have been over 200 since highschool dont remember wearing under a size 16 since freshman year (1998) I really just struggle cause I am such a foodie! 

            

      1.   What is your weight loss/get healthy goal? I want to get under 200lbs

      2.   What method are you using to help reach your goal?  Eating better and going to start walking and being more active. Cutting out Diet Soda, bread, pasta

      

      3.  What is your biggest weakness that you just can't resist? Bread its my major downfall I love bread If I could only eat bread/cheese bread I would!
