HELP! - Pregnant or not?

My name is Jenny and I am 23 and married - I've been on the pill since I was 17 but within the last two months switched to a generic brand - I've never in my life missed a pill. Anyway, this past Tuesday I left work early because I instantly got nauseous, exhausted, hot and super dizzy and went home to rest. That night I took allergy meds because I thought I was having allergy problem, fell right to sleep and the next day I felt awesome, until that night (Wed) in the middle of dinner I instantly got the same symptoms, nauseous, dizzy, extremely hot (like I was melting) and exhausted (like I hadn't slept in days). 

I came to work Thursday and told some of my friends (who just happen to be moms) about how I thought I had the flu and they both said (not even near one another) that I could be pregnant! I started looking up symptoms and I meet most of them but when I took a preggo test at home it was negative, they said it may be too early to tell still since my period won't come for 2-3 more days. I can't help but feel like I'm pregnant...but I also could be making this up in my mind...any thoughts would be awesome!

Call you're OB and they will send you to your local lab (around here it's Lab Corp or Quest) and they can do a blood test.  I suggest doing this because my first pregnancy test was negative.  I went a month longer drinking and not knowing before I skipped a period and took another test that came out positive. I wish I would have listened to my body more, like you are.

Thank you for your advice! Sine I last posted, I have gotten more symptoms (below) but now I'm also wondering if I could be experiencing side effects from switching pills? Although I've been on the new pill over 2 months now...isn't it weird to be getting "side effects" at this point?? 

Nausea

Exhaustion

Hot Flashes

Loss of Appetite

Dizziness

Bloating

Cramps

Heartburn

Back Ache

Nose Bleed

can't sleep

peeing a lot

tender breasts

And could get aunt flow between yesterday through Friday..no sign of her yet besides everything above!
