Slow cooker orange chicken:

 4 skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons ketchup
Flour for dredging

It's an all time favorite in my house! Quick and delicious. I forgot to tell you to add shredded cheddar cheese.

I substitute chicken broth for the beer, and I use dark meat instead of chicken breasts.

Corned beef and cabbage is also good in the crockpot.  Don't have a particular recipe.
