Pediatrician Recommendations in Charlotte

I'm looking for a new pediatrician for my son. My biggest issue with our current pediatrician is her "wait and see" approach. I can definitely appreciate that not all things need to be treated, but I have concerns with gross motor and speech development that are repeatedly not being addressed. She is also very against co-sleeping and all for CIO, which is not my style. So if you have a pediatrician who takes your concerns seriously and respects your parenting style, please recommend!
