So a few days ago I was wondering if maybe I pulled my groin on my right side and then trying to sleep last night was horrible. Any time I had to get up to go to the bathroom, or change positions, I got this sharp pain in my right groin that caused me to cry out and whimper. I had an appointment today and brought it up with my midwife who showed me some stretches I could do including lying on my side on the edge of the bed and dangling one leg over the other with my shoulders and back off of the bed (meaning I needed to be completely on my side). Hold this position for 5 breaths and then move to the other side of the bed and do the same thing on the opposite side.
I'm also alternating heat and cold, and the more I move around the less painful it gets. Sitting still for too long (or sleeping, apparently) makes it worse.
I just wanted to share in case any other ladies were experiencing something like this! So far heat and cold works for relief, and moving around (walking, standing, moving hips from side to side).

I have this on my left side and honestly thought I just overdid it in kickboxing. It felt really different than RLP, so I didn't think it was really baby related!

My breech baby is also helping with it as it has trigger point massage on the round ligament (painful as hell but works)
