Hi ladies,
I have heard lots of mixed information and was hoping to get your opinion on my to be in home daycare situation. My neighbor will be watching our baby when I go back to work 2x per week. I have heard mixed prices ranging from $30-$50 per day. What do U all think is fair? I'm in somerset county. Also I'm thinking about doing an agreement so both of us are covered. Agreeing on price/hours as well as 2-3 weeks notice should the situation need to change for any reason. Lastly I want to include that if the baby can't come for any reason last minute we would pay her, but not pay her for vacations and any major holidays that land on her days. What do you all think? Am I over thinking this?
