Intro and question on adding absorbancy to Sun Babies

Hello! I'm a FTM to my 9 week old twin girls. I've decided to give cloth diapering a shot! I've got a few Bumgenius AIOs but most of my stash is composed of Sun Baby pockets. I have the microfiber/bamboo blended inserts. I also have some OsoCozy prefolds in preemie and infant size that I didn't really end up using.

I think the Sunbaby inserts I have may not be absorbent enough. When I first got them, they leaked a lot even though I prepped them according to the instructions. I tried stripping them which seemed to help a ton. I went two days with no leaks! But this morning after only 2ish hours I had two leaky diapers. I checked the inserts and they seem pretty well soaked, so I think I may need to increase absorbancy.

I'm wondering if I should try using two of the blended sunbaby inserts? Or would it work to use an insert plus a prefold? If I use one insert and one prefold, does it matter which goes on top? Maybe I need to buy some other type of inserts? Any other recommendations? Thanks!
