Cycle status: cd3, natural

QOTW: One year when I worked at a summer camp, the rest of the girls in my cabin and I got all the costumes from the campfire program. We filled them with bloom so they look like people standing up and put them all around the campground in the morning. To the campers and the rest of the staff it looked like there were goofy looking people standing over the place.

Cycle status: DC15 medicated cycle 2DPO, I don't have cross hairs yet, but I am positive of it.

QOTW: After Hurricane Katrina, my youth group went on a mission trip to help repair homes and help clean up the mess. We stayed in a church gym that had sunday school rooms and such where we bunked. Well they had showers in both of the locker rooms, but no hot water.... which sucked so bad lol, anyways though me and a couple other girls were showering in our stalls, and all of a sudden one of them starts screaming, I was like what the... look down and there was a garden snake in my shower! the boys snuck in and put little garden snakes in our stalls... it was not very nice. but of course they thought it was hilarious!

Cycle Status:  CD9 of a medicated cycle.  Just waiting to hear back from this AM's monitoring appointment but looks good for an IUI in the next few days. 

QOTW: What's the best prank you ever played or had played on you?  I'm not too much of a prankster, but when I was in high school my sister's boyfriend was changing the light bulb in our fridge.  He started screaming and shaking like he was doing electrocuted and I started screaming.  Then he started laughing...it wasn't funny!

Cycle status: 3 days till 5day transfer

Prank- I worked w this real biotch admin at work who pushed all work on me and frequently left early to ET hair and nails done. One day we got half the office to just randomly go and ask her what time we were having cake? She said to the first few we weren't, they were mistaken but then started to panic that she missed something. Finally after like 20th person she called me at my desk and asked why we would be having cake today? I said oh, bob (her boss) said we were celebrating the company birthday and he'd see us a noon for cake and speech. She goes, "Oh yeah!..." And a few minutes later we saw her leave and when she came back she had a huge cake. Bob was surprised, but went w it and we all had cake. It was awesome.

Cycle Status: CD5 on a testing cycle. I'll do progesterone like always (6 day LP otherwise) but nothing else until next cycle.

Prank: in HS one of my BFFs told me that they were moving to another state, that he stepdad got transferred. At first I didn't believe her because it was April first, but her mom was in on it and she showed me the note of What she was supposed to ask her teachers for.

CD: 13 Medicated Cycle, Going in on Friday for an ultrasound to check on follie growth.  Hoping for an IUI on Monday. 

Prank: A few years ago we had a guy working with us that was always giving everyone else in the office a hard time.  A few of my coworkers and I took his cell phone when he stepped out of his office and placed it above the ceiling tiles in his office.  So when he came back and started to look for it and tried calling it and he could hear it ringing, but couldn't find it anywhere.  This went on for a little while, before we showed him where his phone was.

Working on fixing the screen name issue. Still. 

Cycle Status: CD 22/ 3dpo apparently.  Went for monitoring and possible IUI on Friday (CD 17).  Scan only showed a 13mm and 10mm follie.  RE was not hopeful. Was supposed to go back Monday if I showed a positive OPK.  OPKs stayed negative but based on temps and CM, I ovulated on Sunday.  So, now I feel like we wasted a medicated cycle and had crappy timing.

QOTW: I'm not much of a prankster and for the life of me, can't think of anytime I've been pranked.  Man, I'm boring.

2WW of natural cycle.

Best recent prank played on me was horrifying. It was picture day at school and I was running between toddler groups for our pics. I was treating kids in my Work BFF's class and left them with her and an aide to go to another class. I came back like 15 minutes later and one of the kids wasn't there. I asked "Where's ___?" She looked dead serious and said "I asked if you had him and you said "Yes!"

I nearly died. Right there. I was starting to hyperventilate when she started laughing and told me the kid had left early with his parents. I was so pissed but it was a good burn. I still freak out when I think about it.

Waiting for my cycle to start in a few weeks so I can start on meds.

QOTW: My guy friends in college broke into our dorm room and duct taped EVERYTHING that wasn't nailed down to the ceiling - floor lamps, phones, etc. It was kind of annoying but hilarious.

I later got my guy friend back a few years later with a semester long prank that involved my roommate calling him several times a week, pretending to be this random girl he hooked up with. My roommate (pretending to be this other girl) invite him to do weird stuff together (including meet her parents!!) so he started having his frat brothers answer the phone. So then my roommate would start asking out his frat brothers. We also sent a CD mix to his mailbox with stalkerish songs...it was pretty funny. He was convinced this girl was obsessed with him but also couldn't figure out why she'd ignore him when they saw each other in public.

I am waiting for AF to arrive...probably May 1st, then I will start my injec. IUI cycle. Can't wait to get this show on the road!

QOTW: No fun to share. Not a big pranker, and I tend to not get pranked either LOL.

Update, My job ended suddenly last week and I have no unemployment benefits since I was an out of state independent contractor  SO IVF will be put on hold until I find something else, which should be tough since I was working from hom, or we can save up again Blah

Oh no, @efhoping2010!  I'm so sorry, that's terrible!  I hope that as a private contractor, you'll be able to pick up a new project again soon.
