Let's talk about my windex vag

Noticed lately that my undies have a lovely amonia aroma at the end of the day. No weird colored discharge/discomfort/itching etc ... Just amonia smell, and slightly juicier down there than usual. Wet, not sticky or dischargey. I refuse to use the "m" word.

I'm pretty sure this means I'm leaking pee, but dr go ogle isn't very helpful (I could have anything from a pee leak, to bv, to testicular cancer)

Anyone else have a case of windex vag?

I'm there too and my pee also smells different. More acidy? I know you ladies love taking about poop smells and consistency so thought I would throw this info out there.

I, too, am in the slight pee leakage all day club. Liners here as well!

I've graduated from liners to full on incontinence pads. I don't leak that much, but I leak way more than a liner can handle and period pads don't keep me dry enough so I chafe. But in the beginning I thought it was a weird discharge. My doctor clued me in to the fact I was peeing myself. ">

This. I thought I may be leaking fluid so dr checked to make sure my water was still in tact and not ruptured which would mean a c section as my cervix has nothing going on but it turns out I have a yeast infection up there! I had no clue and no symptoms other than the leakiness that looked like clear liquid rather than yeast like discharge. Ew. Also the exam to figure this out hurt like a bitch.

Side note: I asked DH if he'd still find me sexy if I started sleeping in depends so I don't have to get up to pee every hour at night. It took him wayyy too long to answer. Not cool, honey, not cool.

Definitely pee. If it smells sweet it could be amniotic fluid, but I'm told anything acidic like amonia is pee! I leak so much pee throughout the day it's ridonk. Most of the time it happens after I go to the bathroom. I stand up, pull up my pants, and then it just trickles out. If I didn't wear liners everyday, it would be a straight up pee fest in my pantalones.

OH MY GOD. Mind blown. After I pee (especially in the mornings) I get this trickle/small gush and I always think "Oh weird, the discharge decided to come out all at once" and it has probably been pee this whole freaking time. And I've been walking around feeling like a boss because I haven't peed myself yet.

That's what I thought at first, too! But then I decided to smell it because I got scared it was a fluid leak and yep, definitely pee. Happens at least once a day. Incotinence, FTW!

Leaky vag over here, too...been going on for a looooong time I'm in the liner club, too except I have to change it probably at least five times a day. If I forget to wear one not only are my underwear wet, so are my pants and I'm afraid others can smell me and the lovely ammonia smell.

I never feel like I'm peeing myself, but all signs point to the fact that I am

When I read the title to this thread, I instantly thought someone had bright blue discharge. But yes, totally with you on this issue. I had to step up from liners to regular menstrual pads. Pregnancy is so sexy.

This is totally me. I finally figured it out a few weeks ago. Oh, I'm leaking pee! Duh! I felt dumb.

It's pee. I've had this issue throughout both pregnancies. Luckily it resolves itself some time before you stop needing a postpartum pad. 

Want a fun pee image for your Wednesday evening? I am on antibiotics for a bladder infection so my pee is fluorescent. If I didn't know any better I'd think I was cooking an extra terrestrial.

I was turning over in bed last night at about 2am when I felt a small gush.
My immediate thought was "my waters are breaking". Then I thought "mucus plug". Ran to the bathroom to investigate......nope. Just pee.

Yes, this just started for me at 36 wks!  Actually went in to get checked for leaking amniotic fluid but turns out little man is just punching my bladder enough to make me leak...  Toning down the massive amounts of water I have been drinking and planning more frequent bathroom breaks at work.

I know I've been producing some kind of discharge, but I've not noticed an odor, nor have I chosen to sniff my liner for odoriferous evidence. It could include some urine, as any time I sneeze or cough or laugh or blow my nose I run the risk of leaking anything from a drop to a good squirt that requires an immediate changing of my liner.
