What size is your LO wearing?

What size is your LO wearing?  Mine popped a button on her 3 month sleeper this morning!  She's 5 1/2 weeks.  They get big so fast!

  • Mine is in 3 months but some, especially gymboree, are small on him already! Carter's and other brands are still huge but NB is definitely too small. Weird because with dd I felt like gymboree was enormous compared to other brands!
  • 3 weeks old and wearing nb clothes and diapers. How do you know when it's time to go up a size in diapers?
  • 1 month and starting to grow out of newborn clothes, especially sleepers.
  • Levi is 5 weeks and is now into 3mo. I'm worried bc we bought tons and tons of 9mo long sleeved things and we live in south ga so it doesn't get cool until December. He's gonna be in 9mo in the middle of summer the way he's growing.

She has mostly carters and the 3 month fits fine.  I'm wondering if their sleepers run small?

We switched up in diapers when she started peeing through, but we cd, so I'm not sure for disposable.
  • 3 weeks and still in NB everything

  • @Kalpa521‌ change when they start peeing or pooping out of them. I also heard somewhere that once the top of the front is an inch below their belly button it's time to move up. Not sure the accuracy if that though or even where I heard it. I always went with the leaking out method with dd and now ds.
  • 4 weeks old in 3mos onesies and size 1 diapers. Mainly for length.

  • Lily will be two weeks old tomorrow and NB everything is too big on her. We had to go buy new clothes that were smaller to fit her.
  • 6 weeks tomorrow and still newborn everything. Occasionally there is a 0-3 that will fit.

  • My 8 weeker is in size 1 diapers and in 3-6 month clothes. He started popping buttons in his sleepers and his onsies were getting tight so we had to move him up.

  • LO is 4 1/2 wks and is in size 1 diapers and 0-3m clothes. I just went through his clothing bins yesterday and put away all the NB and got out more 0-3. Weight wise, he is fine for NB but he is way too long!!

Julia will be a month old on Thursday and she's kinda in between a NB and 3 months. NB is too tight and short but 3 month is too long and baggy! So, she's in 3 months but she still needs to grow into it a bit.

Eta: on April 2, she was 9lbs 5oz and 21 inches long. She's in size 1 diapers.

  • At just shy of 4 weeks, he's already in 3-6 month for his EXTRA long legs! They're still big around, though. He needs to chunk up!
  • The twins are almost 8 weeks and still in newborn clothes, though they are long enough I sometimes put them in 0-3 mo. Owen is still under 7 lbs and Keira is probably right around 8 lbs. A week or two ago we ran out of nb diapers and Keira was ready to go into 1's so we went up. I wasn't going to try keeping two sizes of diapers straight :).

  • 6 weeks on Thursday and we just switched to size 2 diapers bc he kept leaking poop. (Yuck!) He still mostly fits in 0-3 month clothes. The only sleepers he has outgrown are from the children's place.
  • Mine will be 4 weeks Thursday and wearing NB and some 0-3.

6.5 Weeks- Size 3 diapers and 6 or 9 Month clothes.  He can wear the 6 month stuff with sposies, but not cloth.  We mostly use Carter's clothing.

  • My boys are in size 1 diapers and quickly out growing most of their nb clothes. They grow so fast!
  • Hollands a week old and still wearing NB (yay! I was so worried she wouldn't get to wear any NB sizes!)
The hospital had her in size 1 diapers but we dropped her down to NB size at home. Mainly since we had a ton of open diapers from shower games/diaper cakes.

  • DS is 3 weeks old. He's still in NB diapers. For clothes, it's either NB or 0-3 depending on the brand.
  • I put LO in 0-3 last night. Her NB pants and onesies fit fine but her sleepers are getting shirt because she is so long.
She wears either NB or size 1 diapers, I find newborn get full super fast. The size 1 looks pretty big on her but they don't leak so yay!

Oh and she is 3.5 weeks old! I know my ticker still says pregnant, I'll chanfe

  • Maizey is in an in between stage. She is starting to grow out of some of her newborn stuff, but she is too small for most of the 0-3 month things still. I ran out of NB size diapers so I tried to put a size 1 on her because we had a bunch. It was a no go, poop everywhere! Ugh!
  • Oh ya, she'll be 3 months old on Saturday:)
  • 4 weeks tomorrow still newborn everything . But some of the clothes are starting to get snug and the 3 months are a little big . I wished I would of been more prepared with newborn clothes I didn't buy many , so she's been wearing the same thing over and over again .

  • I kind of wish my daughter had been able to wear her newborn stuff a liiiiitle bit longer, or I had just bought the bigger size.  She was 9 lbs 4 oz at birth, so she wore her newborn outfit coming home and that was it.  Weird to have already packed up clothes she doesn't fit anymore!
  • 4 weeks old yesterday. In 3-6 month clothing. Should be in size 2 diapers but I am trying to use all of the size 1s I have opened.
  • Newborn clothes and diapers still. LO will be 5 weeks tomorrow and weighed 8 lbs 2 oz this past Friday.
  • E is still in NB diapers and clothes. He is 7.5lbs at 7 weeks. He is swimming in most 0-3 sleepers still. I might move him up in onesies for length and keep him in NB pants since he's so skinny.

I haven't moved to size 1 diapers yet because we are still having to do them up tighter around his chicken legs.

  • He's 4 weeks and he wears 0-3. He's been wearing 0-3 since 1 1/2 week now. Still fits in a few of the newborn clothes (thank god) but it all depends what brand it is.

Jackson is 9 1/2 weeks old and weighs 11 1/2 pounds. I finally bit the bullet and stopped squeezing him into NB onesies. He's been in 3 month pants for a few weeks because NB were high waters. He's been in size 1 diapers for about 4-5 weeks.

Eta the pedi said he was going to grow out of size 1 soon, but we haven't had any leaking. I have one more bag within an open box of size 1s. I don't think we'll open the new box.
  • DS will be 7 weeks tomorrow and he easily fits into 3 month onsies and shirts but he still wears NB pants because all the 3 month pants are too long! He has a long torso and short legs I guess. He's been in size 1 diapers for a couple of weeks and he's over 12 lbs already so I suppose we'll be moving to size 2 in the near future.
  • About ready to move up to 0-3 at nine weeks old! Newborn stuff still fits but they're getting tight. Though we've been putting her in 0-3 for a while because we have a ton of clothes that size and just let them be a little baggy.

As for diapers, we use cloth and she still fits in her newborn stash. About to outgrow her prefolds but the next size up looks way too big! The OS dipes still look like they'll be huge on her.

  • Fallyn wore a 0/3 sleeper last night. It's big but NB are too short for her long legs! (And big feet!)
Clothing wise she's still in NB but not for long
0/3 is still big on her
Like PP stated she's been wearing a lot of her NB stuff over and over!
As for her hind end... Still in pampers swaddlers NB... For the moment! I may try 1's here quick so that I don't have to buy anymore NB
  • 1 month old and too big for all nb stuff, some 0-3 mo stuff. Mostly in 3 mo size now. She was over 9 lbs when she came out though!
