DIY rash treatment?

So LO has a rash again.  It started after a poop yesterday, so I'm guessing it's one of those acidic poop rashes.  BUT... she's at the other family's house today, and MH didn't put the CJ's in her bag.  So she has no CD safe rash cream, and cannot go to a store.  Is there anything DIY she can use to soothe LO's bum?  They don't have coconut oil.
Also, yesterday she put baby powder on her bum.  Without getting into the baby powder argument again, is it okay for her diapers?  Or do I need to strip them with blue dawn ( )?

I don't think we have any liner options either.  I guess if it gets really bad she can do regular cream and borrow a sposie.

I was going to suggest olive oil. You should be fine with the powder.

Good call ITK, if it gets worse today I'll have the nanny do that.  E loves baths anyhow.
