Pregnant after IF

Is this ache par for the course or can I do something for it?

Quick question:
Today we are 10w5d with twins. They are both measuring on track and are nearly 4cm each. I am fairly sure my uterus has just recently creeped over my pubic bone and is about an inch above it maybe... But it is definitely squishing my bladder more as I have doubled my urge to pee in the past week.

Anyway, by the end of the day, if I have been sitting alot I find that it is aching. It feels like my uterus is actually straining against my internal parts and it aches. So far the only thing that makes it feel better is to remove all pressure on my abdomen (ie. my pants) and lay down. It starts by about 3:30pm and continues until I get home and can lie on the couch.

Any tips? Anything I can do in my office to help this? I have a deskjob so I spend the bulk of my day sitting..... Or is this something else?

I have a singleton but at about 14w or so I started just getting an overall achiness and started feeling uncomfortable. I also have a desk job and I found propping my feet up helped. I have an extra recycle bin I turn upside down and put my feet on. Seems to help! Also, sometimes my pants dig into my lower abdomen/ute area and it makes me feel achy. Even the maternity pants can do this depending on where the panel starts. Sometimes I have to readjust as I'm sitting and it seems to help.

I try to wear really comfortable leggings with tunics, or maxi dresses so nothing pushes on that area.

You'll feel all kinds of interesting sensations, aches, cramps, stretching, etc as you go along. Never a dull moment in pregnancy-ville. I really hope you get comfortable soon though. So happy to hear your LOs are doing well. :)

Sounds like RLPs (round ligament pains). I don't have any tricks or tips but man I hated to sneeze because it would feel like I was being stabbed.

Exactly this. Mine started early with twins and is still going strong. I haven't found anything that works other than making sure you move slowly, get up and stretch/walk often and put a rolled up towel under your belly when you sleep on your side.

I went to L&D around 20 weeks because I was having horrible pains that lasted 5 days (I thought they were just gas pains lol). It was just bad RLP! It sucks, but it's only temporary :)
