We're about to move DS to a big boy bed (a full) from his crib and I've been looking at bed rails. Do you use them? If so, Which ones do you use and would you recommend them?
We don't use them. So far DD has fallen out twice.......

I was worried about needing them, but so far, in almost 2 months, DD has only fallen out of bed once and that was like her second night in there. She wasn't much of a mover in her crib either though.
I do NOT recommend the Regalo one that "hides away". I had it and put it on when DD's bed was delivered but either I did something wrong when I was putting it on or it just sucked because it seemed to make the mattress uneven and didn't seem easy to swing down and tuck away.
I wanted one more for making it more crib-like, thinking it would make the transition easier, but she was only upset the first night so that was good! She also has a low-profile bed (she can climb in and out of it herself - it's probably 18-20" off the ground) and there's carpet plus I put our PNP mattress on the floor too (it's 2" thick).
